Week Five

Happy MLK Day Slimmers!

Recap:

Start:  Monday, December 12, 2016, 225.2 lbs.

1: December 19, 2016, 209.6 lbs, avg 82 daily bites (6 days), -15.6 pounds, -0.75 waist inch.

2: December 26, 2016, 214.2 lbs, avg 32 bites (3 days), +4.6 pounds, +.75 waist inch. Total -11 pounds, 0 waist inches.

3: January 2, 2017, 213.4 lbs, no count, -0.6 lbs, +/- 0 waist inches. Total -11.6 pounds, 0 waist inches.

4: January 9, 2017, 209.4 lbs, avg 99 daily bites, - 4lbs, +/-0 waist inches. Total -15.6 pounds, 0 waist inches.

Week Five:

Monday: 111 bites. One mocha coffee.

Tuesday: 64 bites. One mocha coffee. One 16 oz pink lemonade. Walked 10 miles.

Wednesday: 45 bites. One mocha coffee.

Thursday: 200 bites. One mocha coffee.

Friday: 135 bites. One mocha coffee. 5 miles.

Saturday: 30 bites. One large mocha coffee (upgraded free, though the prices at that location have increased, so it's as if I paid for the large under with the old price)  restarted Stronglifts 5x5 for 2017!  Can't wait for all of my gains 

Sunday: 200 bites. One medium mocha coffee.

Results

Week Five:

208.4 lbs.

Averaged 113 daily bites

Dropped -1 pound, -1 waist inch.

Total dropped so far: -16.8 pounds, -1 waist inches.

Walked 15 miles, 5x5 - 1x (one time).
