2: December 26, 2016, 214.2 lbs, avg 32 bites (3 days), +4.6 pounds, +.75 waist inch. Total -11 pounds, 0 waist inches.

3: January 2, 2017, 213.4 lbs, no count, -0.6 lbs, +/- 0 waist inches. Total -11.6 pounds, 0 waist inches.

4: January 9, 2017, 209.4 lbs, avg 99 daily bites, - 4lbs, +/-0 waist inches. Total -15.6 pounds, 0 waist inches.

5: January 16, 2017, 208.4 lbs, avg 113 daily bites, - 1lb, -1 waist inch. Total -16.8lbs, -1 waist inch. 15 mi walk, 5x5 1x.

6: January 23, 2017, 215.8 lbs, avg 107 daily bites, +7.4 lbs, 0 waist inches. Total -9.4 lbs, 0 waist inches. 10 mi walk, 5x5 2x's, StripNFitness.

Week Seven:

Monday: 30 bites. 3 miles.

Tuesday: 200 bites. One mocha coffee. Sick.

Wednesday: 45 bites. Sick day. 

Thursday - Sunday: No count. Had soup. Sick. Started 30 day ab challenge,  Beginner Level 1, completed days 1-3, edited to do regular crunch, raised knee crunch (chair crunch without chair), toe taps (total ab sculptor), planks for the designated reps and seconds for that day.

Results

Week Seven:

209.6 lbs.

Averaged 92 daily bites for three days.

Dropped 6.2 pounds, -1.5 waist inches. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜Š

Total dropped so far: 15.6 pounds, 1.5 waist inches.

3 mile walk.
